South East
Water is a provider of water, sewerage, trade waste and water
saving services for residents and businesses in an area ranging
from the South East of Melbourne to South Gippsland. South East
Water are one of Melbourne's three water retailers owned by the
Victorian Government. Essential Property Services provide essential
safety measures inspections and specilaist maintenance contractor
logbook auditing services for selected facilities.
Melbourne Airport
Purchased in July 1997 and operated
under a 50 year lease, Melbourne Airport is owned and operated by
Australia Pacific Airports Melbourne PTY Ltd. The Airport services
3460 international and domestic flights a week,and has 12,500
people working within its precinct. Essential Property Services
provides essential safety measures inspections and specialist
maintenance contractor logbook audits on behalf of Spotless, the
contracted facilities management company.

Janyce Truett is a Deputy Facilities Manager at the
