The Grand Hyatt Melbourne hotel is located at the top end of prestigious Collins Street in the centre of Melbourne's business, shopping, theatre and restaurant district. The hotel provides 546 rooms and suites, and extensive meeting facilities, including the premium events space, the residence.
Recently redeveloped, the hotel includes
spectacular upper and lower lobbies, the restaurant Collins Kitchen
and the bar RU-CO, and a luxury retail precinct which includes
flagship stores from Bulgari, Paspaley Pearls and Emporio Armani.
The hotel also boasts a recently completed interior redesign of the
hotel's premium suites, Grand Club lounge and Club floors. All
rooms will be complete in 2011.
