Essential Property Services, a HENDRY company, is Australia's leader in the provision of essential safety measures audits and building statutory control compliance. We seek to fill a newly created position in our Fitzroy office to enhance our capacity to deliver services on a national basis.
Your role will be to project manage contracts through our field and administrative staff and to provide high quality management and operational services nationally through developed business to business systems.
You will have abilities to work with our existing management structure and to manage technical and administrative staff deployed in our four State offices. Your role requires a focus on quality assurance and maintaining industry best-practice service to our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of operational and administrative staff appointed to achieve client goals
- Maintaining high levels of service delivery
- Recognition, management and problem solving of technical issues
- Liaising with the client on technical issues and responding to client needs or directions
- Maintaining scheduled inspections and quality of reporting
- Implementing ongoing training and improvement programs
- Developing project specific QA program
- Strategic project planning and coordination with State Managers
You will have a building technical background to complement your administrative skills, a background in facilities/ operations management (essential for this role), and demonstrate your ability to liaise with State Managers.
