Essential Property Services staff perform essential safety measures inspections, audit contractor logbooks, provide an essential safety measures logbook to meet the building owners and managers statutory obligations under the Building Regulations 2006, Part 12 - Maintenance of Buildings and signing the Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR).

Essential Safety Measures  - Compliance

EPS provides clients with a comprehensive essential safety measures service, ensuring building owners, managers, owner corporations, building engineers and tenants are able to meet their obligations, including the provision of an 'Annual Essential Safety Measures Report' (AESMR) under the building regulations. EPS knowledge, experience, systems and qualified staff are all applied to ensure compliance of essential safety measures (ESM) on behalf of clients and to enable the essential safety measures process to be signed off at Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR) stage.

We negotiate on behalf of our client to address essential safety measures  issues clients may have with authorities throughout Victoria.
