OH&S: Initial Hazard Identification

Essential Property Services provides clients with an 'Initial Hazard Identification Report.' The Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2007, including policies guidelines and Australian Standards require that either the building owner, occupier or employer meet specific obligations to ensure a safe work environment (namely, the building and surrounds) exists for employees and visitors alike. An initial hazard indentification report assists in providing a safe work environment.
